If you need additional sizing assistance, feel free to contact our support team before placing your order.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle with cold water. Please refer to the care label attached to each garment for specific fabric care instructions.

Selected pieces may be restocked depending on demand and fabric availability. Follow our Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest restock announcements.

Orders & Payment

Currently, we only accept payments via Bank Transfer:

  • BCA Transfer

Additional payment methods may become available in the future.

Please complete your bank transfer and confirm your payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that remain unpaid after this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

Please contact us within 1 hour after placing your order if you need to modify your shipping address.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes will no longer be possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Lady Muse currently ships throughout Indonesia.

We currently ship using trusted courier partners:

  • JNE
  • SiCepat

Standard shipping usually takes around 2–5 business days within Indonesia, depending on your location and the selected courier service.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Yes — we offer a free shipping subsidy of up to Rp15.000 across Indonesia for eligible orders.

Tracking your order is easy.

1. Order Confirmation Email

  • Check your email after placing an order. Your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

2. Account Dashboard

  • Log into your account, go to “My Orders” and select your order to view tracking information.

3. Courier Tracking

  • You may also use your tracking number directly on the courier’s official website.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, depending on the condition and issue reported.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping instructions.

We sincerely apologize if this happens! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • Clear unboxing video and photos of the item/packaging
